Debi joined our staff in July of 2012.

At the end of the day she hopes to have made a positive impact on each patient’s visit to our office.

Having graduated in 1978 from the Medical Assistant Program at Robert Morris College in Carthage, IL, Debi has worked in several medical specialties. After a leave from the medical field to raise her children, she earned her CMA (AAMA) re-certification in 2010.

Debi’s activities outside of the office include photography, interior design, listening to music, spending time outdoors with her husband and spoiling their dog.

Donna has been an invaluable part of our staff since August of 2011.

She enjoys meeting all of our patients.

She graduated from Bryman College as a Medical Assistant in 1985 and has worked at various jobs in the healthcare field since then.

She is also a Real Estate Broker with Berkshire Hathaway in Palatine Illinois and has been active since 2004.

Her many hobbies include hiking, gardening, sewing, antiquing, boating and snowmobiling.

Nada joined our office in December of 2014.

Nada previously worked as a Criminal Investigator for the DuPage County Public Defender's Office. After years with them she was fortunate to be able to stay home with her daughter. As her daughter started school, Nada began work part-time at an elementary school and also in retail. Nada has always had an interest in the medical field and joined our staff to pursue that path.

She enjoys photography, music, reading, and advancing her knowledge in computers and technology.

Lisa has over 20 years of primary care experience. Fourteen of those have been working with Dr. Karam. Her passion is to help individuals reach their optimal health potential by promoting a healthy lifestyle through education and disease prevention. For those with chronic health concerns, her focus is to assist them in achieving optimal quality of life. By utilizing treatments that integrate physical, emotional and spiritual well being, we can work together to reach each person's maximal potential.

Lisa's educational background includes a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from Roosevelt University and an Associate in Applied Science in Medical Assisting from William Rainey Harper College. She subsequently earned her CMA(AAMA). Her interests outside the office include tennis, cycling, kayaking, cooking, gardening, travel and music.

Our lab is open Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays from 8:00am until 11:30am. On Saturdays when Dr. Karam is in the office, the lab is open from 9:00am–Noon.

If you plan to come in for lab work on a day that you are not seeing Dr. Karam, please call the office so we can have the lab order ready.

Labwork drawn in our office is billed through Simple Labs and is not billed through Dr. Karam.

As patients are often responsible for a portion of lab charges, please contact your insurance company for further information. Dependent upon your insurance, you may also have lab work drawn at LabCorp, Quest, or an outpatient hospital lab.
