Please bring ALL medications you are taking (the actual bottles, not a written list) to each of your office visits with Dr. Karam. This includes ALL prescription medications (even if not prescribed by Dr. Karam); all over-the-counter medications (Advil, Tylenol, Immodium, cough, allergy, or cold medications, etc.); along with any vitamins or supplements you take.

Having your medications with you at the time of your visit assures that our records of your current medications and dosages are up-to-date and allows us to check for any medication discrepancies or if a new medication is prescribed that there will not be any interaction with your other medications.

We sincerely appreciate your compliance with this request.
